Raw data is not insight. Synthesis is what separates junior from mid researchers.

Steps
- Re-read 3 transcripts and mark important quotes
- Code each quote with 1-3 words
- Group similar codes with affinity mapping
- Name each theme plus a 1-sentence definition
- Pick the strongest evidence quote per theme
- Write 1 insight and 1 recommendation per theme

Table of 5-8 themes plus 1-page synthesis
