Practice task
Case brief: 40% onboarding drop-off. Recruit 3 participants (friends/community), run a 30-minute interview with a 6-question guide, transcribe 1 key section, write 5 insights and 3 recommendations in a 1-page doc
Pass test
Pass test: send the doc to 2 people. You pass if you have 3 transcripts, at least 5 insights per participant, 3 recommendations each with an owner and a deadline, and you can quote one user verbatim without opening your notes.
